Delete your account

You can delete your PickleMeet account and its personal data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open PickleMeet and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Settings (top right), scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and personal data are deleted immediately.

Can't use the app?

Send a request through the Support page (choose "Account question") or email support@getpicklemeet.com from your registered address with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, display name, email, photo, bio and skill.
• Your location, availability, friends, blocks, favorite courts, devices and notifications.
• Upcoming games you host are cancelled and your spots in other games are released.

What may be kept

So other players' history stays accurate, past games and group chats keep your messages labeled as "Former player", with nothing linking them to you. Reports involving your account and moderation records are kept for safety and legal reasons.
