Terms of Use
Last updated: October 13, 2026
By using PickleMeet (the app and getpicklemeet.com) you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. If you downloaded the app from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
1. Who can use PickleMeet
You must be at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate information, use your real identity (no impersonation or fake profiles), and keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
2. Community rules: zero tolerance
PickleMeet has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post or send content, or behave in a way, that is:
- harassing, threatening, bullying, hateful or discriminatory;
- sexual, violent, graphic or otherwise offensive;
- spam, scams, advertising or commercial solicitation without permission;
- illegal, infringing someone else's rights, or sharing another person's private information;
- impersonating someone, or misleading about who you are.
This applies to profiles, photos, game and group details, court submissions and all messages.
3. Reporting, blocking and moderation
You can report any player, game, group, message, court or photo, and block any player, from within the app. Our team reviews reports and acts on objectionable content within 24 hours. We may remove content and warn, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these terms, at our discretion and without notice.
4. Meeting people and playing
PickleMeet helps you find people to play with. We don't organize, supervise or verify games, players, skill levels or courts. When you meet other players:
- Meet at public courts, use your judgment, and leave any situation that feels unsafe.
- Don't share sensitive personal information (such as your home address or financial details).
- Pickleball is a physical activity. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for your own health, equipment and conduct.
In an emergency, contact local emergency services first. You're solely responsible for your interactions with other users, online and in person.
5. Games, reliability and fairness
Please only join games you plan to attend, and leave as early as possible if your plans change. Hosts can report no-shows privately; players can dispute them. Repeated no-shows, late cancellations or abuse of these tools may limit your account.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display and share it as needed to operate PickleMeet (for example, showing your photo to other players or a court photo on the court page). You're responsible for having the rights to what you post.
7. Courts and map information
Court information comes from the community and from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors) and may be incomplete or out of date. Always check local rules, hours, fees and access before you go.
8. The service
PickleMeet is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. The core features are free for players; if we ever add paid features, we'll tell you before you pay for anything.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app, your interactions with other users, or games and meetups arranged through it.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using PickleMeet and delete your account at any time (how). We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or to protect the community.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use PickleMeet means you accept the updated terms.
